Terms and Conditions
We are booking agency and we will make enquiries to transport
companies on your behalf. It is up to you, the client, to inform us
should you not wish to use any particular company before
confirmation of booking.
On receipt of your enquiry we will endevour to provide you with a
quote as soon as possible - the number of quotes you receive will
vary depending on the number of transport companies that come
through your way that are working in conjunction with us and are
competitive in the quotes given to us for you.
Specialised transport needs or transport in more remote areas may
take more time to organise.
Sometimes it is not possible to organise direct travel with the one
company, and horses are required to be transferred (from one
truck to another). Any costs associated with this lay over are the
responsiblility of the client, we will try to advise you of this
possiblilty when booking/quoting.
Most of the transport companies we have used ourselves, and
found them to have a high professional standard, however we can
not guarantee any standards. We are not responsible for any
losses that may occur as a result of your horse/s being transported.
All quoted travel times are approximate. We are not responsible
for any losses incurred as a result of late arrival/departure or non
pick up or delivery of you horse/s.
We strongly recommend all clients carry their own insurance for
their horses. We do not provide insurance nor are not responsible
for any injury or loss that may howsoever occur.
All transport costs must be paid to us via PAYPAL, cheque, money
order or by Direct Debit BEFORE you horse will be picked up. Your
booking will not be confirmed with any transport companies until
payment is cleared. Please allow time for your payment to clear
(consult your bank for more details). You will receive an email
from us once your payment has been processed and you booking
is confirmed with the transport company. We collect a nominal
booking fee from each transport used.
We will be primarily using email to contact you, so a valid email
address must be provided. If you have difficulty using email or
dont have an email account your enquiry should be directed to us
on 0448 871 416, we are happy to accommodate your needs.
